Turn your First Nations commitments into measurable results
Whether you’re starting fresh, resetting, or reviving stalled work, there’s a clear way in and a practical path forward. Start small, build over time, or enter where it makes sense.
Each step is built on one principle: strategy alone doesn’t create change. Everything we do gives you something practical to act on.
Why organisations come to us
Most organisations come to us with one or more of four problems:
1
They have a RAP or target, but no view of whether it is working or why.
2
They have findings or an audit, but no clear implementation plan or measures.
3
They launched a RAP or strategy well, but momentum has stalled.
4
They have procurement or employment commitments, but no trusted First Nations partners to help deliver them.
We are built for all four.
We don’t just diagnose the problem; we stay through implementation and bring the network needed to make the plan deliverable.
How we work with you
Four steps. Start anywhere, then build from there.
Step 2 – G.R.O. Assessment®
Solves:
Scattered activity and no clear view of where you actually stand – and leaders who won’t act on an opinion. You need a defensible baseline, with your own people’s voices in it, that will stand up to a board.
You complete our assessment questions and share key documents. We add stakeholder consultations, then review everything across the seven Key Impact Areas and return your G.R.O. report – your maturity rating, your gaps, your risks and your opportunities.
You get:
A maturity rating with evidence behind it, defensible and benchmarked; stakeholder consultations, so real voices from inside your organisation are in the findings rather than assumptions; prioritised recommendations on what to tackle first; a report briefing and an executive or board briefing to bring your leaders with you.
Best for:
Getting started, re-setting, or building a board-ready baseline.
Scope can be tailored to the size of your organisation.
Step 3 — First Nations Strategy & Implementation Plan
Solves:
You know what isn’t working, but there is no plan behind it – no phased priorities, no agreed measures.
We turn findings into a tailored plan: a First Nations strategy and prioritised implementation plan, or a Reconciliation Action Plan, developed with you through working sessions and playbacks. You own the strategy. We guide and support its creation. We can also design a First Nations advisory group to govern it.
You get:
A strategy and implementation plan you own, not a shelf document; phased priorities with milestones; draft and final playbacks so leadership is aligned from the start.
Best for:
Turning findings into outcomes.
Step 4 – Ongoing Advisory Partnership
Solves:
A strategy that launched well but has since stalled, with momentum fading between planning cycles and progress left unmeasured.
Step 3 gives you the plan. This gives you expert support while you deliver it – through the planning cycles where momentum is often lost. We provide coaching, implementation support and access to our national First Nations network, at a cadence and depth that fits your priorities and budget.
You get:
Advisory at your chosen cadence; support between sessions; board-ready measurement and reporting; and access to our national First Nations network of partners, talent and suppliers.
Best for:
Sustaining momentum.
Our First Nations network
A plan is only as good as the partners behind it. We connect you to our national network of First Nations employment providers, suppliers and community organisations – so employment and procurement commitments have a practical path to delivery.
Network access is included in every ongoing advisory partnership.
